a new brand, still finding its feet
Ticketswap had recently updated its brand identity and was still working out how it should look and feel in the real world. My job was to apply the new identity consistently across every touchpoint.
onboarding merch
TicketSwap's welcome merch still carried the old branding, so it was overdue for a refresh. I redesigned the whole newcomer line and brought the new identity into every piece. Since the branding was fairly new, I had room to play, so I came in with the copy and some new styles to expand the brand.

Boozy Brunch, Reeperbahn
Boozy Brunch is TicketSwap's own brunch and networking morning during Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, a relaxed way to start the festival day. I designed all the assets for it, including stickers, coasters and more, so the event felt like TicketSwap from the first table to the last.
Dam tot Damloop
The Dam tot Damloop is a 10-mile run from Amsterdam to Zaandam that has drawn tens of thousands of runners since 1985. TicketSwap took part and I designed the t-shirts.
The shirts got a great response from the whole company, and that meant a lot to me.
Social & Editorial
TicketSwap talks to two audiences, people in the live-events industry and fans buying and selling tickets. I designed a LinkedIn series for the business side, Instagram posts for both and assets for the editorial website magazine and the summer campaign. That gave TicketSwap's storytelling and campaigns a visual identity that matched the new brand.
